Delivery and collection

Fast dispatch

If you order a stock item on a weekday before 12:00 noon, we usually dispatch the order the same day. Items that need to be repackaged, produced or ordered in may have a longer delivery time. The current stock status is shown on the product page.

Delivery options

For Danish addresses we offer delivery to a GLS parcel shop, GLS home delivery and GLS business delivery. Business delivery requires a provided CVR number.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order's weight and are displayed in the basket or at the checkout before you pay.

Heavy goods and dangerous goods

Very heavy goods and goods classified as dangerous goods are handled manually and may be sent with Danske Fragtmænd. Choose bank transfer as the payment method. We will contact you if the delivery requires a special arrangement.

Unmanned collection in Hvam

You can choose unmanned collection in our collection locker. Write the desired date and the earliest collection time in the field Remarks at the time of ordering. The agreed time appears on the final order confirmation.

If you order on a weekday before 12:00, items in stock can normally be collected from 15:00. Weekend collection must be ordered no later than Friday at 10:00. Payment must be registered before collection.

Assisted collection

Pre-ordered items can be collected with assistance every Wednesday from 19:00 to 21:00. Choose this option under the shipping methods when ordering.

As some items need to be repacked or produced, we always recommend that you order in advance.
